Yes, all prices shown are exclusive of 15% VAT. VAT will be added to your invoice at the applicable rate.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?
Additional users are billed at R350/user/month. We will notify you when you are approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. We do not charge setup fees for any of our managed support plans. Onboarding and initial system assessment are included.
Do you offer custom packages?
